When necessary, 1:1 physical prototype are built to test performance, ensuring the plan complies with standards.
Production
Strictly inspect the qualification and quality of raw materials before warehousing; adopt CNC equipment for precise processing, implement workstation responsibility system and process inspection. Conduct comprehensive inspection on the appearance, size and performance of finished products before delivery, and only store them after passing the inspection to control manufacturing quality.
Supply
Formulate supply plans based on the construction schedule and update progress in real time; use customized protective packaging to reduce transportation damage and track logistics status throughout the process. Conduct on-site joint inspection of product model, quantity and integrity to ensure on-time delivery.
Installation Guidance
The technical team enters the site to conduct disclosure training, explaining processes and safety specifications. During construction, they supervise key processes on-site, verify quality and safety measures. Conduct phased acceptance and provided on-site technical consultation to ensure installation standards.
After-sales Service
Establish customer files and provide usage and maintenance guidance; open a 24-hour hotline to quickly respond to repair requests. Implement regular return visits and annual on-site inspections and provide lifelong maintenance services to ensure user experience.
